How Do I Place An Order?
Items can be purchased via the shopping cart system which links to a Paypal account.
If the shopping cart system is not working, simply email me (use the Contact page) and I will give you the total cost (including shipping) and the details of the account to send the funds to.

Payment & Shipping
All items are shipped at cost and are sent as soon as payment has been received.
In the UK
Items under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail signed-for delivery. Items greater than 2kg are sent by Parcel Force signed for delivery.
Overseas
I will send items to most countries. Items under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail's Small Package service which is relatively cost effective (£15 for items up to 1kg and £25 for items up to 2kg). However, items over 2kg are very expensive to sent from the UK (£85 for up to 3kg) so please contact me about large pieces.

Returning Items
You have a right to return any item for a full refund provided:
1. You notify me of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
2. The item it returned immediately after you notify me.
3. The item is returned in the condition that it was sent.
Please Note:
1. If you return an item, you are responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
2. A damaged item will not be accepted if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the
first shipping.
