If you look at any book or resource on Keith Murray production at Wedgwood it will tell you that the 3753 vase/bowl was only produced in coloured glazes and not using the black or bronze basalt clay.
However, this example shows that they did actually produce a few in Black Basalt.
In collecting Keith Murray for 30 years (where does the time go) I have only every seen one other example.
The vase is 15.5cm across and 10cm heigh - the small size - an is in excellent consition with no chips, cracks or restoration. It is also very clean inside.
Very sad to see this one go but will make a great addition to your collection.
