This is a Keith Murray shape 3753 vase in Moonstone glaze.
 
It is in the large size which means that it is 15.5cm in height and 22.5cm in diameter across the top.
 
This condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is also no staining or oxidization to the inside - a very clean example.
