This is a very unusual Poole Charger in that it is only been decorated in one colour with the paintress- Angela Wyburgh - varying the density of the glaze to provide the pattern. As you can see, the glaze has the look of emerald enamel, being almost transparent in some places and a deep black in others.

Unlike much Delphis ware which is particularly suited to Mid-century designed homes, the more subtle nature of this piece means that it can be integrated into a lot more decors.

It was produced in 1968, is 13.5 inches across and 3.5 inches tall (shape 58) and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or other damage.
